"Purchased these to upgrade my pc speakers for the purpose of computer recording on a budget. Bear in mind,that those who choose to complain about these monitors lacking bass,are individuals who are using them for another purpose other than critcal mixing & mastering in a compact space. "Connected the speakers for the first time and upon turning them on one of the speakers made a buzzing/crackling sound and the led never came on.The other one did work, clear sound, however upon my frustration I can't comment on overall benefits as I quickly packed the pair back.[...]..."
