"Unfortunately, this device is not as good as I would have expected. The real problem is that it requires you to have a relatively stable and available computer to work at all, and that can be a challenge to us all. Additionally, there are a lot of unexplained and unneeded DTMF tones ( Touch Pad Tones) that are randomly generated, and disturb the calls. When I upgraded to 10.5.8 and then to 10.6, MJ stopped working.
