Give your kids and you the green veg
"I like to add two scopes of green, 2 scopes of Transition powder, frozen berries, and some ices to make a dilicious smoothe. My 3 years old son and my husband and I all like it. It helps me with constipation and give me 3 years old son the veggies he need. I also add the green powder in yogurt or juice for my son. I have him do it. He love them. "I take one tab in the morning and two at night. After a few days I can honestly say I began to feel better and be more alert. Knowing that I''m getting most of my daily greens takes some of the guilt away when I don't feel like cooking for myself. "

"I have taken both products TABLETS and POWDER. I find when selling or sharing with a NEW user, it is best to begin them with the tablets----very effective and does not have the Negatives related to other powders with poor taste on the market.
