Great tasting Protein shake
"I think the Transition shakes are great. I've only tried Vanilla, it's just my personal choice, and I will assume the other flavors are good too. I used this a lot for snacks with my fruit for the day. Also great if your in a hurry and need to get your meal in. The only negative is that when I get the canister is seems like you didn't fill it up all the way. I know there is some settling, but 1/2 canister..." Read Full Review »

Large Container half Empty, Overpriced

"I love using the vanilla shake mix as a frozen smoothie for breakfast. I put in some frozen fruit and ice cubes in addition to the water. It is so yummy and filling. I never even think about snacking because by the time I am hungry it is lunch time.
