Poor lower rack alignment

"Though the dishwasher functions well and is quiet, the lower rack wheels come off the rails they are supposed to run on (not fitted as the rack slides right out onto the door when open). The rack then gets jammed up and is difficult to move in and out of the dishwasher. "
