"So far so good... I bought them awhile back, and I came across them and stared taking them. It's been 3 days and I haven't loss anything yet, but I am less hungry. I can only take one a day or I get jittery. I've been taking it around 4-5pm. That when the hungry MONSTER likes to come out!!!!
