"I have been using this product for almost 2 full weeks. It was nice not dealing with the jitters that you deal w/the caffeine one. I didnt notice any curb in appetite at all. I still felt hungry. I dont plan on buying this one again, and I wont be telling anyone about it. Id rather deal with the jitters and notice the curb in appetite...." Read Full Review »

"These are very inexpensive and do curb the appetite slightly. There is still a "I had a little too much tea 3 hours ago" feeling, and a bit of restlessness when trying to sleep, but much less than anything else I have tried, and no noticeable increase of heart rate. "
