"When I first started taking them they did make feel a bit jittery, but that has gone away in a matter of days. I have been taking them for about a week, and I have noticed so much more energy in my step, and I have lost most all cravings for junk food. "Purchased this product as a group of 5 people on Thursday August 18, 2005. Everyone but 1 of us started this product on Friday. When we arrived at work on Monday the reviews on this product were quite different, 2 out of 5 whom are smaller in size have experienced weight loss up to 4 pounds; 3 out of 5 had a much different experience. "I lost 20 pounds in about 2 weeks. I didn't even eat less, I ate correctly. Watch your carb intake and eat real food, preferably baked. "Today is my first time taking Mega-T. I love it!!! I haven't had any side effect such as headaches, jitters, or shakiness. I have felt energy all day long!!
