"I began using the Manas as my marathon shoe, but loved them so much I now use them for everything short of some track workouts in spikes. It is rare to find a shoe that is fantastic for 800m intervals and 26 miles. These shoes respond well to any and all conditions, keep you in a natural position and allow you just the right freedom of movement. The only downside would be that they are not meant to go 400 miles,..." Read Full Review

"While I like the fit and feel, I have had something bothersome after nearly every of the few runs done in these. Still going to try a few more runs, using other shoes in-between to get rid of sore hotspots, as like the look and speed results of the Mana. However, have had my little toe blister on one run, and a significantly sore area along left midfoot after three different runs...while ok afterwards in othe..." Read Full Review
Pros:
"I previously ran in motion-control Saucony, but I found that they aggravated my feet (plantar fasciitis that required surgery). After reading about the barefoot/minimalist movement, I thought I would give this pair a try. I absolutely love them. I ran a PR in Portland Marathon in them. They feel fast, light, as if I'm gliding. Because they are light, running in the rain isn't as much of a problem either, because it doesn't feel like you are carrying cement blocks on your feet.
One word of warning, this shoe is not for a heavy heel-striker. I've done a lot of work to change my stride from a heel-strike to a mid-foot strike (which caused the plantar fasciitis in the first place) Because of that work, I've maintained my health - even while running a PR marathon - while running in these minimalist shoes. I don't think heel-strikers will find the same fate.
For what it's worth, I love the insane blue color, too. Kinda makes me feel like only a professional racer could get away with wearing something as flamboyant as this shoe...it's fun to pretend."

However, have had my little toe blister on one run, and a significantly sore area along left midfoot after three different runs...while ok afterwards in other shoes. May be too much stablility as I wear other shoes (such as the Addidas Adios and FFV models without those issues}.
Still hoping for better results but probably not right for my foot/running. Will report back in a week or so IF improved experiences."

Cons:
"This shoe is great. I bought them for a road race recently and they were amazing right out of the box. the very first thing i ran in them was a 4:37 mile, and i was thrilled with the way the shoe performed, it felt light and clings to the foot so that I felt almost barefoot. i haven't used them very much, but I have run a few road races everywhere between 1 mile and 10 miles and they felt great each race. my only complaint is that it is a bit narrow in the forefoot, but i do have wide feet. overall great shoe, and i will buy these again once i wear them out."
Pros:
Cons:
"wow 4:37 that's fast. I'm sure it's not just the shoe that helped you get that time."
"Overall I really like this shoe. Its lightweight and fits well, although a little narrow for my wide feet - I really had to loosen the laces quite a bit. I often run without socks (and with these I almost need to because of the width) and these are just a little rough on the inside. I don't think I'd choose these to do anything over a 10k or so. Other than the narrowness and slight rough feel I've got no additional criticisms."
Pros:
Cons:
"I switched from competitive cycling to trail running and now triathlon (mainly XTerra) and struggled to find a shoe for the road. I have long been an Adidas fan, but their road shoes, like many, are way too over built. Not this shoe! I am not a high mileage runner, but I'm pretty fast and this shoe is great for training and racing. Rarely get a blister and durable."
Pros:
"Great racing shoe for the serious runner who needs stability but wants it in an 7.8oz package. Not the shoe for supinators. Runs narrow compared to other flats I've owned, but this is typical of Adidas flats. Great cushioning. Only con noticeable so far is the sockliner slips back towards the heel when racing (nothing superglue can't fix)."
Pros:
Cons:
"Recently ran a half marathon in these and quite pleased. No hot spots for the entire race and had just enough cushioning. They'd definitely be good for a full marathon too. I would've given them a full 5 stars but they do tend to run on the small size so definitely size up about half a size."
Pros:
"Great shoe for 1/2 marathon. Ran fastest time in 7 years with the Mana. Great arch support and stability which last couple of shoes didn't get. Don't expect alot of cushioning but these shoes are for racing, need to say more?"
Pros:
Cons:
"This was a well thought out shoe. It fits true to size and the tongue staying in place is a bonus. I run alot so durability is an issue. I would like them to be less money without losing the quality."
