"This is the most amazing hardshell I have ever bought (As it should be for the price tag) Let me start by saying over the years I have moved from North Face to all Arcteryx. I have numerous layering pieces including the Gamma SV softshell. All I was missing was a good hard shell. "I purchased this jacket in '06 and used it for 6 weeks in Wyoming and Tahoe. Overall I am pretty happy with the jacket. I'm 6'4" and 230lbs and like the way it fits. I also like the lightweight, yet very durable and waterproof material. I used Marmot and Northface jackets in the past. The arms have ample room, can move freely and not feel restricted.
