If wool is a wonder, Loden is a miracle. It comes from the Austrian village of Loderers, and what makes it different is its dense knit and, when you're talking about Ibex wool, its processing. We use a cold-water process that protects the fiber's natural lanolin. The result is a beautiful, breathable, naturally water- and stain-resistant fabric that pretty much lasts forever. Don't think of our Ibex Loden pieces as clothes. Think of them as part of your children's inheritance. Stay grounded.
