Great shoe, some room for improvement
"This is one of the best trail running shoes that I have used. On flatter trails that designed for running, it is light, rugged, stable, with excellent traction. On more technical terrain it slips occasionally on rock and wet rock when ascending. I would describe it as an over-built running shoe, not a "hiking boot on a diet." "I like the free feel of this meshy shoe for the flats, but if you are thinking about running any terrain with moderate to steep descent, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I have run this shoe for about a month 1/2, distances up to 26 miles. I think the traction is good as most La Sportivas, but the translation to the foot is not secure.
