Pushing the Breathibility
"I wanted to really get hot and sweaty in this thing before I reviewed it. The reason I bought it was because I need rain gear for a canoe trip this summer, and I need it to pack small. So, I chose this over the REI Granite Falls jacket for it's packing size, despite that the Granite Falls jacket felt better comfort-wise. Good jacket with problems
"At 5'8" 150, I'm a pretty standard "Medium" but this jacket was swimmingly large on me; the sleeves went past my fingertips; even with a fleece jacket underneath, the Aegis was overly spacious. No internal pockets, which I consider a major negative in rain gear. Hood came down past my eyes and, without a draw cord, would have to be worn over a cap to keep from blocking my vision.
