"I love the Capilene 3 shirts, they are outrageously comfortable and look fantastic. I wear these a lot during the day to work, or under a jacket when going hiking in cooler weather, snowshoeing, etc. I'm 6'3 and in good shape, the Large fit is perfect although if the sleeves were an inch longer I wouldn't complain. "I am 64 190lbs. I usually wear a large or XL. I ordered a large and to my surprise found it to be quite loose fitting and baggy. Considering that this is a performance base layer I would have expected it to be a closer fit. I do not see how it can wick moisture fast if it does not even come into contact with the sweat.
