"I have been running for 34 years. I have always used the Saucony Shadow and Saucony Grid Shadow series. The Grid Shadow 11 is great cushioning for older runners with more delicate knees and hips. The Shadow 11 also keeps foot position stable with its wide sole base; available in Wide widths for larger toe box to prevent toe/toenail problems.
