The FY club actually replaces three clubs: the 2-iron, the 2-hybrid and 7-wood. Balancing the FY club are fairway woods and simple to understand 1:1 iron-replacement hybrids. The 3-wood and 5-wood are traditionally lofted and serve for more ultimate long range needs. The hybrids are specifically designed as exact long iron replacements.
