1 was under water twice and still works

"The wife and I along with our daughter and son-in-law use it when we go up north and shore fish different lakes at the same time. We use them to keep in touch with each other,some times being a couple of miles apart One of the radios has been "under" water twice. After a couple of days drying out it's as good as new. Good 2 way for our uses

"As an asst. Scoutmaster I bought these to keep up with my son on his first trip at camp. We were at one of the furthest sites and I was able to communicate(only about 1/4 mile thru hills and trees). No where near the optimim of 16 miles, over ocean, contact that it says. If you need a cheap short range com. this could be for you, just don't expect the range to be over 1 mile. should be fine for us tho...." Read Full Review »
