Cool, Quiet Power

Nothing runs cooler or more quietly than Minn Kota®. Extra large windings and commutators are used to dissipate heat, resulting in cooler operation, extended battery power and longer motor life. A unique bearing system produces low rpms/high torque to cut down on fish-spooking noise so quiet theyll never hear you coming.

Power Prop

Delivers extra power to push through heavy vegetation. Fits 3-1/4" (MKP-2) and 3-5/8" (MKP-25) diameters. Available on select models.

"strong motor for a small price"

"This is a good motor. I had recently made a motor mount for my 6 foot raft and decided to get this motor if you want a motor for a raft i recemend not getting anything stronger than this. it is too strong on it's lowest speed to fish. with this motor and a raft with about 230lbs in it it goes about 10mph at the highest speed. with a battery with 75 amp hours it lasts over 2 hours (haven't ran down the battery ye..." "The box in which this item was shipped is wonderful. Unfortunately, that is the only part of the item I have been able to use.
