"Purchased for 96-year-old very "with it" grandmother. She couldn't hear people when talking to them. Even I (40-something) had a hard time hearing interlocutors. "

Good phone, speakerphone could be louder

"The phone has big buttons and the display is nice. It'd be good to be able to plug in the phone to use the display instead of using batteries.

The speakerphone is a good feature, but it could stand to be a bit louder and the mic pickup could work better. "
