"I bought this item at the Best Buy store in Columbus. A very helpful associate asked me if I needed anything, and I asked if a Net10 SIM card from a cheap Net10 phone would work in my unlocked Nokia 5610. She said that most SIMs are proprietary anymore, but that they also had something called 02Wireless, and that it would work just fine in my phone. It was only $10, so I decided to take a chance. I finished sett..." Read Full Review »

O2 Wireless Universal SIM Card Review
"For those that don't know, O2 Wireless is an MVNO using AT&T;'s network. That means you get access to AT&T;'s network through O2 without having to sign a contract, or pay AT&T;'s outlandish 25 cents per minute prepaid rates. The coverage in my area is excellent. I haven't had a single dropped call. If you get service with AT&T;, you will get service with O2 because they run on the same network.
O2 offers several plans but the one that I chose is the "Plus Plan". For $29.99 O2 will credit your account with $70 or for $39.99 O2 will credit your account with $140! There are no taxes or government surcharges with O2 so the advertised price is what you pay, not a penny more. Minutes are 14 cents and SMS are 5 cents, but with the "Plus Plan" those rates are effectively reduced to 6 cents per minute and 2 cents per text message for $29.99/mo or 4 cents per minute and 1 cent per text message for $39.99/mo! That's less per minute than most contract plans! Minutes expire after 30 days, but if you refill your account before your minutes expire O2 will extend the expiration date of the old minutes an additional 30 days. If you buy new minutes every 30 days your minutes roll over perpetually! I can't imagine a better deal for wireless service."
"I have more than a month with O2, is increhible the service, I have the unlimited plan for $ 45 call and text unlimited, without charge, use my Palm Treo 750 or my blackberry and even my iPhone I have no problem, I recommend it. The only bad thing is the customer service is bad, but like all companies are start , ahhh and you can do now CALLING (800) number...

O2 Wireless Universal SIM Card Review

She said that most SIMs are proprietary anymore, but that they also had something called 02Wireless, and that it would work just fine in my phone. It was only $10, so I decided to take a chance. I finished setting it up within the first five minutes of opening the package, and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up and use - NOTHING like a TracFone. The only things that I don't like are that MMS picture messages are not supported. But the rates are great, second only to Net10. In short, if you want to downsize your prepaid phone bills, or have an unlocked or foreign phone, you will be happy with this product. Thank you for reading my review."

"I was kind of skeptical about purchasing the universal sim until I searched on google that this sim can be used on an iPhone whether its locked or unlocked. I just bought my sim yesterday and trimmed down the sim, so it can fit into the micro sim tray in the iPhone 4. I simply called the O2 company and activated the phone and got my free 50 minutes. FaceTime does work with this sim card. This is def better than any other prepaid phone plans ive seen from t-mobile and at&t, especially if you have a iPhone. The only disadvantage to this sim card and service is that there is NO data plans or service. I recommend this product to anyone!! Im loving my iPhone 4 with this univerisal sim card. Note: this uses at&t network. Way Better than at&t go phone 25 cents per minute compared to O2 14 cents per minute. Hope this review helps iPhone users!!!!"
O2 Wireless Universal SIM Card Review
"I used this SIM card in my unlocked Blackberry Pearl and Storm. O2 has reasonable rates with several features. No online or email capabilities though. I chose to register the SIM online at O2wirelessNow.com. It was quick and easy. This SIM gives you $5 upfront. I also chose to do a $20 automatic refill every 29 days. This I completed online as well. No phone calls are required. I popped the SIM in my Blackberry, and it worked immediately. I set up my voice mail settings and I was done. I also chose to pair it up with a Skype to Go number so my international calls are super cheap and the O2 local charges apply, not their higher International rates. After AT&T charged me hundreds of dollars in international calls both on cellular contracts and land lines, I now pay $3.40 for a 10 minute call to Asia. Ya can't beat this option. I will never sign up for a monthly phone bill again."
