"These bars taste so different from many others used as meal replacements. No chalky taste just chewy goodness. I eat them for breakfast with a good cup of coffee. I save money on breakfast sandwiches or EVIL doughnuts!! They're also great to keep in your bag for a quick snack. I never get tired of them and I've been eating them for a few months. "I was very excited about these bars until I realized they contained soy. I ate one bar, and will throw the rest out. I will not injest any soy on purpose because of the toxins it releases into your system. You get enough soy by accident in almost everything you eat out. very dissapointed to say the least!..."
