"Mixes with a spoon, goes down smooth, tastes good considering it's so low in sugar and fat, digests easily (no gas), and it doesn't contain anything you don't need. "The best thing I can say is it mixes and cleans up easily. The trade off is consistency like water even if mixed with skim milk, and bland taste, so much so its tough to finish drinking. Worse, I haven't noticed good results with it, and it doesn't help reduce hunger.
