Great bang for your buck
"Normal AA batteries are drained QUICK, so get yourself some rechargeable batteries asap.I personally take a lot of shots at night, so far I've been pretty impressed with what I can get out of this [$]camera! Up to 60 second exposure time is nice.Get a tripod! You'll definately wish you had if you don't, I didn't purchase one with this, but realized soon that I was gonna need it to get clearer shots. Also get to know the timer, no camera shake from pressing the button in!Some are saying it has a long lag time, Personally I think this is due to poor battery choices as well as slow SD Cards, be sure you pick up a high speed card, especially if you plan on taking burst shots, makes it much snappier compared to a cheap card running at a max of 10 MB/s. Overall, I really like this camera for the price range. Sure I could've shelled out maybe a hundred dollars more for a few improvements but that was out of my predetermined budget. All in all I am totally satisfied, and will be shopping with J&R for quite a while."

"It has an impressive number of modes to tailor the pictures to particular situations. It would be nice if there was a way to manually focus to create depth-of-field effects. I like the Leica lens; it takes very clear pictures (when the auto-focus doesn't do the wrong thing)."

"My title speaks for itself, because this is the second one I have purchased. No fault of the camera, an accident occurred. I has heart sick until I was able to locate another one just like it!!! I use this camera for everything, taking pictures and video! Great quality on both!! This camera has the most BANG for the buck!! It has everything I need in a camera, great zoom for pulling my grand kids up from the stage to camera view, (5x plus a 3x boost optical zoom)!Easy to use, when I print out the pictures the quality is wonderful,equivalent to that of a more expensive camera! Has a great program that comes with it to download to make your picture printing more creative! I love the fact that it uses double A batteries instead of the expensive battery packs.
It has many different features to make your picture taking fun, but for me I love the Auto feature, just point and shoot!!! Great little camera!"

"I love this camera. I like that I can use manual controls for tweaking the lighting. The auto and anti-shake features are great. The macro mode could be improved but works well. I like that you can push the optical zoom to 8x by lowering the pixal count. It also takes very good video."
