"This camera is outstanding. You don’t need to have an expensive camera to take pictures, all you need is this! It’s a great camera that has plenty packed into it. There are a few different modes, and once you get familiar with the camera you won’t have to look the manual all the time! The picture quality is great and I can’t believe that it works this well. For all those photographers out there, you really don’t need all that extra heavy equipment when this little camera has it all! [...]"

"This digital camera isn't actually that cheap compared to other 7.2mp ones. There's a reason I still went with this one though. It's the Leica lens. I've had many digital camera's and I seriously don't think I'll ever need one higher than 6 megapixels for my personal use, so all the ones going up to 10mp these days are useless to me.
This camera takes crisp and clear snapshots. The lcd could have been a bit bigger. It has optical image stabalization and that's a great help because this camera is so small and light."

"I bought this as a carry around camera. I also have a Nikon D40.
You will see a lot of reviews complaining about noise. But used at low ISOs, not really an issue, and misplaced criticism as I don't see why one would want to use a camera like this looking for DSLR quality pictures. Image stabilization works very well. The auto WB is very effective--best that I've used. Intuitive layout. Superb quality build. Wonderful to hold and use--it is just a beautiful thing to use."

"Camera is easy to use, right out of the box. Very user-friendly. Haven't used some of the modes yet but for action shots it can't be beat. Took photos of my 1-year-old grandson who never sits still, and in the sports mode it took clear, perfect photos despite his movement. Very happy with the price and quality of this camera."
