"A good product but will cool down quickly which makes it brittle and more difficult to pull off. It does sometimes pull the skin with it. I use it as my secondary (really minding my budget) to the Poetic waxing system. If I use the poetic cleanser and oil before this product doesnt pull the skin as much.
