YES I would recommend it
"Was easy to set up, did it myself. This was not my first stepper like this - i had the Tony Little stepper years ago. I got it because my sister had one and looked like a swimsuit model after using it everyday for 3 months. I loved it. BUT... The Tony Little broke after one year, I literally stepped it to death. It servesmy purpose.
"I use this especially when weather does not permit outdoor walking. The hand pole extensions are useful for balance but would be even nicer if there was resistance. Now they just flop over when not being used. The mode screen is difficult to read and I must get down face to face to do it. It's a little confusing but I just check my time myself .
