My 3 year old loves it!
"My son is just about 3 and if your child loves Bob the Builder they will love any of these talking characters. My son has all 5 and he gets especially excited watching the show with scoop in hand. The only thing to watch out for is the scoop arm comes off easily and could be lost. "

"Son found "Scoop" at KB in Pittsburgh while on vacation and his Grandmother searched high and low to find the other 4 friends in the series. Two weeks with these vehicles and still spending every waking moment with them pretending. "

"My two year old received this as a gift and fell in love with it. My only advice is that you do not take this toy to the sandbox or beach. Unfortunately we did and now it no longer talks. "
