PowerStar point-of-use tankless water heaters are designer to provide an endless supply of hot water for kitchen, bathroom, and hand-washing sinks. There are three under sink models to choose from (dependent on desired temperature rise and flow rates). Common applications include: home, offices, warehouses, service stations, stores, and concession stands.

Provides endless hot water for one sink at a time.

Features Include:

99% efficiency rating
5-year warranty on heat exchanger - 1 year on parts
Saves space
Installs horizontally
All models must be hardwired
Solid copper heat exchanger, copper-sheathed elements and tough plastic housing.
High/low kW settings possible within most models
No temperature/pressure relieve valve necessary (check local codes)

Note: This product has specific electrical installation requirements. This product is not designed to accept preheated water.

OK one bathroom water heater

"This water heater works pretty good for one bathroom in the south (East Texas) with a low flow shower head. It takes a little time to get used to how to adjust the temperature at the faucet. The installation of the new wiring was difficult. But, the small size has given us a whole new closet that the old water heater was stored in. "I belive I was shipped a previously returned damaged AE-12 unit. When I opened the box, I found a unit that was missing the temp control panel cover and the indicator light lens cover. There were tools marks (maybe screwdriver scratches) on the exterior cover. Apparently the unit had been disassembled and shoddly reassembled.
