I need some kind of themostat

"The product needs a thermostat. At low water flow the temperture is too hot. On high setting at high flow it is nice, but the unit trips off, being too hot, at low flow. At low setting, it takes too long to heat up and does not heat a high flow adaquately. I'll be getting something else. "
