"My 7 year old son loved this for Christmas. His 9 year old sister got a pink flower one and loved hers too. The size is perfect, it has great sound and my kids have no problem working the buttons. I do worry if it is every dropped, if it will hold up but so far so good. "

"My 8 year old was very disappointed by this music player. We all tried to figure it out - 2 adults, and 2 teenagers (who own & use IPODs), and we had so much trouble with it. Once we finally got it working, we couldn't get it to turn off, so the recharageable battery died. "

"I purchased two mix sticks for my 5 year old nieces and the instructions stated no computer needed, well that was false. I still haven't been able to get the songs loaded and the instructions are useless. "
