This recumbent designed 465 RE Recumbent Bike is engineered for comfort and is easier to get on and off of than a traditional bike frame. The Silent Magnetic Resistance (SMR) system is for 10 intensity levels that target specific workout and conditioning goals. The recumbent bike features EKG Dual Grip heart rate monitor ClearView backlit LCD console and 10 preprogrammed personal training workouts. It has interactive games — black jack Texas hold em and special fitness games. The freewheel technology — allows you to start and stop exercising instantly. The recumbent bike also features an adjustable cushion seat and front wheels for easy movement of bike and a water bottle holder. The console requires four D batteries.
