"I have been using N-large2 for 7 years now. It tastes great and is very economical. It mixes great in a blender and I drink it straight out of the blender itself. "I use two scoops (1/2 serving) with 16 ounces of milk 4 times a day. A full serving is too much protein for your body to absorb at once. Also the shakes are pretty rich when mixing the suggested ratio. This is absolutely the best stuff you can buy if you have trouble gaining. "

"Great product!!! Tastes very good, decently priced and has really good results after six months of intense working out i gained about 7 pound and toned dramaticly. Only down side is that it clumps, but if you use a blender its fine. "
