Problem with printout

"Only had the 4000 1 year and about a month ago the machine stopped printing very well. I replaced the ink ribbon and it still prints very poorly. "Pyramid Technologies was very good to work with. I sent back my time card machine for a replacement as it was still under warrantee. They were very prompt in replacing my defective unit. The replacement is operational and working as expected. "
