"Would fit a long, narrow head best. I wear a medium Gyro; the large in this fits better, but is too long and narrow. Not enough ventilation. Hard to adjust. But, nice graphics and nice liner/earpieces. Got that "nazi helmet" shape to it that some like --- not sure I do. Back it goes. "

"I bought the small, with the size of my head being the smallest of the size's range. However, when I received the helmet, I had to take out the liner just to get it on my head.
