Inconsistant signals...do not buy.
"I am so very disappointed with this antenna. I had fun putting it together, but my enthusiasm didn't last long. With all of my local San Francisco stations being only 11.4 miles away and all at the same tower (Sutro Tower), it could not pick up signals consistantly. "Easy to setup. You assemble it using bolts and wing nuts. No special tools needed. A wrench is needed to tighten the nuts on the U-shaped bolt to a mast. A 7/16 in wrench, adjustable wrench, or pliars works fine.
