This Bike Rocks!

★★★★★
5.0

"This is a great value. I'd expect to pay this price just for the frame. The components are solid and dependable, and easily upgraded if you want to get the most out of the frame and shave some weight to make it a true racing machine, although the geometry might be a bit slack for a serious Crit racer. The bike is responsive but handles well and is comfortable, and the compact cranks and cassette selection make climbing easy. I will be replacing the Tiagra shift/brake levers with a set of new Ultegra 9-spd. levers because I have them and like the looks and feel of them better, but there really isn't anything to complain about with the Tiagras. This is really a fine bike."

    Pros:

  • Comfortable,
  • Good component choice,
  • Good geometry,
  • Good value,
  • Great frame,
  • Handles well,
  • Lightweight

its a BEAST!!!!

★★★★☆
4.0

"I have had my 07 super course for 3 years now. Its my second pricey bike with the first being a shwinn. for a good while , i was commuting on it some 25 miles to and from work. navigating inner city streets can take a real toll on a road bike like this one. But aside from a couple flats never had a mechanical problem out of it!! Replaced some parts just to save weight. my only con is the rigidness every bump feels like its gonna break my wrist , and the front end gets squirly at high speeds definite intro bike into something more serious !!!"

    Pros:

  • Fast,
  • Good geometry,
  • Handles well,
  • Lightweight,
  • Responsive

    Cons:

  • Too rigid

"I ride in hilly terrain for the most part and the Super Course is a great intro into carbon bikes. The bike is comfortable and absorbs shock well and can get you up and down the mountains all day long. It is not the lightest and the components are not top of the line, but most of that is upgradeable if you so desire."

    Pros:

  • Absorbs shock well,
  • Comfortable,
  • Good geometry,
  • Handles well

    Cons:

  • Average components
