"This product is made to last. Remember when you could buy a product stamped "Made In The USA" and knew it was a quality product? Well the quality is built into this hose reel. I wish I had found it four low quality hose reels ago. And it is a breeze to use. Easy to reel and unreel and the clutch stops unwanted unreeling. What's more, my wife likes it and that's saying something."
