Smoothest and best of them all!
"This product is used about 3-4 times per week, on the "500 calorie" setting. This is easily accomplished on the "level 2" setting in about 30-35 minutes. Gradually, I've been dabbling into level 3 and higher depending on how strong I'm feeling at the moment. Too Heavy, too large
