"This paper shredder jams up more paper then it actually shreds. I spend more time sitting on the floor with a knife trying to get the paper out of the machine then I actually spend shredding documents. I hate this shredder and now looking for a new one. Do yourself a favor do not waste your money! "

"I used this for about 3 mins. and the gears came apart. I was shredding 2 pages at a time. I returned it and purchased a Fellows P-57Cs and I love it. "
