Got rid of sour milk smell.
"I bought this because someone decided to spill milk on my sofa and not tell me until it dried and began to smell. If you've had milk spill onto fabric or your car, you know how horrible it smells and how hard it is to get rid of. Using this machines hand tool I was able to restore my sofa to new and got rid of the milk smell with one use. Since then its been used on the carpets, removing spots that wouldn't come..." Cleaner Malfunction
"Cleaner worked perfectly fine on 1st carpet. Second time cleaner would not dispense water using switch under handle. Without water release cannot clean carpets. Returning to Overstock. Also cleaner did not come with Warranty Card. Contacted manufacturer by email and was told to call their customer service. "I bought this cleaner to clean carpets that hadn't been done since they were laid 3 years ago.
