My mutts new favorite toy
"I was originally going to buy the mountainsmith dog pack. My dogs are brother and sister and weigh about 55 lbs each. It said for a medium 40 - 80 lbs so I figured no problem. I had brought my dogs up to REI so I could fit them for shoes but decided to try the packs on just in case. They were way too big. They looked un-natural and bulky. Not for the rough and tumble...
"I settled on the Approach pack for my English Springer Spaniel. The panniers are too large in the size Small, but an X-Small does not fit. We tried several sizes in every main-stream brand and model and he seems to be in between sizes in each. So, the Approach was as close as we could get.
