"It was great for 3 and a half weeks. Then it broke. It would not grind or brew. Sent it for repair and came back worst. Now it doesn't even heat the water. "After one year, I need to clean this machine (removing the brew unit) after about six shots. It often fails to dump the grounds correctly. It needs to be descaled every three weeks (an hour project.) This is the most disappointing expenditure I have ever made. "
