5 STARS WITH A WORD OF CAUTION !
"First I have to say that this is an excellent washing machine. Second I need to caution you before you buy it that 1. You need a solid floor (IE. concrete) below this machine. The reason is that the spin cycle is lighting quick. The manual states you should reinforce the floor below this machine, but by the time you read that you already own the washer. This machine dispenese Bleach too early.
"I had purchased the Samsung pair, Washer DV448GP & Dryer DV448AGP. There was a problem with my clothes when I washed with bleach on two loads. so the second time before turning the machine on. I had loaded the soap and the beach to the dispenser. When I closed the tray, I had noticed that the dispenser had already started releasing the bleach, while the machine was off.
