"I have had this product for about 2 weeks. I use it every other day. It is great for cardio and wightloss. It has great programs that keep it interesting. It is very well made. Some issues that I am trying to resolve

"I would like to use the product on a daily schedule. However I am having problems with the hand sensors which so happen to control some of the useful programs which of course is unfortunate for me. Great all around bike

"This is a good overall bike.

In hindsight I would have purchased the model below this one. The main selling point of the 231 is the extra exercise programs that it has. Most of these programs, however are not necessary and I find I do not use them. "
