"Sears-O-Pedic Silver Charm Firm QUEEN MATTRESS SET --

My boyfriend and I just purchased this mattress after having issues w/ a previous mattress we bought from a different store (that doesn't take returns or exchanges) and so decided to get another one now while there was still sales going on. I had to take out a Sears Credit Card to do this while we are waiting to sell the other mattress to pay off this one. We decided on the firm because its much better then the pillow top plush Sealy posturepedic we previously bought.

Comparing it to the Serta Perfect Sleeper Tranquil Sands (which is exactly the same price as the Sears-O-Pedic Silver Charm) the Silver Charm was more comfortable and not as firm then the Serta so that's why we decided to go with it.

It was a pleasure dealing with Cassie our sales lady who was very pleasant and knowledgable about the mattresses. We actually came in a few days prior and she was so nice and even got us copies of the specs of the two comparable mattresses and mailed the information to us since their copy machine was being worked on at the time. She also didn't pressure us to buy anything...just gave us all the info she could to us...which we think was awesome. No wonder the entire dad's side of my boyfriend's family buy their big purchases from SEARS, lol.

Although we haven't received it yet I just thought I'd write this review now and update later. Thanks SEARS!

"How simple, really, to go to Sears and find a really good mattress on a great sale! It was the easiest process to purchase and have delivered, this Silver Charm Sears-o-pedic queen mattress! I mean, there are so many choices in the mass of mattresses. I was very glad when we checked out Sears.

The Silver Charm (firm model) mattress is a solid performer--quiet (no noisy springs to be heard--though they are in there), a good amount of foam to offer a very supportive yet plush feel. Like I said, it's the next best thing to our Select Comfort bed that we paid thousands of dollars for--that's a great compliment!

If finding a great mattress wasn't enough, the method of delivery was superb and simple. I was told I would get a call on Wednesday (I did). I was given a delivery date. And the next day, two guys showed up in a timely manner and place the mattress and base downstairs for us. I am not often happy to spend money, but this purchase made me smile."
