"We've had one of these in the house for about 3 years now and it gets used every day. I like the one minute button to reheat a cup of coffee. My wife likes the button for popcorn. I'm surprised it works so well without burning. Lately it's been losing it's mind. Stops in the middle of a cycle. I have to unplug the unit to get it to reset. "I was looking for a good microwave and received a great microwave!! The smart sensors are great and help to take the worry out of cooking. This is by far the best microwave that I've had. It is easy to use and does a great job. "
