"This model replaces a 9 year old Sharp that was loud, had no memory, and was not printing correctly. It was fairly easy to set up-though I did bring it home to do so-(have to plug it in for 2 days to charge the memory)--we don't have a lot of departments, and we are not programing with UPC's, etc. The sales tax was slightly tricky, as was lining up our store name to print correctly on the slip.
