"I purchased the 4-pack for gifts and to keep one for myself. I was bothered after I purchased and saw the other review under this item but ultimately was surprised! If you follow the instructions (i.e. charging the keychains first and then loading pics) it's super easy to install, load pics and use this keychain. "Unhappy with this product. Mac user, accompanying software mini-disk doesn't fit slot loaded Mac (despite package labeling). Went to website on package (nothing in instruction book about customer service or troubleshooting), [@], found software download. Does not download correctly from site until several attempts.
