Outstanding machine! Highly recommended
"My wife uses ellipticals at the gym and had to have one for the house. I wasn't on board at first, but I realized that I needed to exercise more anyway, so let's get one. I couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase this machine. We researched and tried out many models and this was our #1 choice in the $1,000 range. As Bad as Its Extended Warranty
"After moderate use, the left armature started jumping off track (common issue). I dug up my warranty, called in, and was told a tech was scheduled to visit me tomorrow. Nobody showed. I called in to find, as others described, I was falling into a black hole. A month later, I'm still waiting for parts to be delivered so I can call to have the tech come out.
