"I did a ton of research on ellipticals, and all the reviews on this product were great. After 1 month with the machine, I agree - this is a great product. It took me ~ 1 hour to assemble. It was relatively straight forward, but some of the parts are very heavy. 3 Months and still not working
"We purchased this machine on Dec 1 2008 to use during the winter months. I purchased the 3 year extended warranty and also paid for assembly.On Dec 6th US Assembly (the company that is contracted to install and service these machines) came to set up the machine and it was "Dead on Arrival".
