"I did a ton of research on ellipticals, and all the reviews on this product were great. After 1 month with the machine, I agree - this is a great product. It took me ~ 1 hour to assemble. It was relatively straight forward, but some of the parts are very heavy. "One star for the actual machine being perfectly decent. No stars for misinformation on its website and colossally poor customer service.
